Our logistics partner manages the warehousing, packaging, and international shipping processes on our behalf. All products are owned and quality-checked by Chicivella—our 3PL partner simply helps deliver your order with speed and care.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Expect your delivery to arrive within 3–14 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your shipping destination.
